Participation is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, representatives, and immediate family members of Hub City Bullion or its affiliates are not eligible to participate. This promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Participation constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to all decisions of Hub City Bullion, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Grain Card Program. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Hub City Bullion Grain Cards are limited-edition collectibles distributed exclusively through official Hub City Bullion WhatNot livestreams, promotional events, and authorized community partnerships. Each card is individually serialized (1–100) and contains a unique verification code used to confirm authenticity. Cards must be verified through the official registration form located at HubCityBullion.com/claim to be eligible for drawings or rewards.
Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE):
To enter the Grain Card prize drawings without obtaining a physical Grain Card, individuals may submit a handwritten entry as follows:
Write your full name, complete mailing address, email address, and the phrase
“Hub City Bullion Grain Card Drawing Entry” legibly by hand (no printed, typed, or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted).
Each entry must be written in blue or black ink on a 3" × 5" unlined white index card.
Place your completed card in a standard #10 envelope and mail it, with sufficient postage, to:
Hub City Bullion
P.O. Box 936
Petal, Mississippi 39465
Each envelope must contain only one (1) handwritten entry. Bulk shipments, duplicates, photocopies, mechanically reproduced, or illegible entries will be void. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by the published drawing deadline and received prior to the scheduled drawing date to be considered eligible.
Each valid handwritten submission will constitute one (1) eligible entry for the Grain Card prize drawing and carries the same odds of winning as any verified Grain Card entry. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person, per household, per drawing period.
To register a Hub City Bullion Grain Card, recipients must complete the online verification form and provide the following information: edition name, serial number, unique verification code (UID), full name, email address, and WhatNot username. Incomplete or inaccurate submissions may result in disqualification. Verification confirms card authenticity, associates ownership with the participant, and serves as the official entry into prize drawings or collector challenges. Hub City Bullion reserves the right to reject entries that appear fraudulent, duplicated, or altered.
All verified and registered cards are automatically entered into random prize drawings conducted throughout the 2025–2026 Grain Card Series. Drawings may include, but are not limited to, precious metals, collectibles, and merchandise. The odds of winning depend on the total number of verified entries received by the drawing deadline. Each verified card constitutes one (1) eligible entry. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible participants using a fair and transparent selection process managed by Hub City Bullion.
Collectors who successfully verify and register ownership of all four seasonal editions—Thanksgiving, Christmas, Spring, and Summer—by the conclusion of the 2025–2026 Grain Card Series will receive a reward of one (1) gram of gold, while supplies last. Verification of all four editions must be completed by the published deadline to qualify. In the event of limited supply, rewards will be distributed in the order of verified completion. Hub City Bullion reserves the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability.
Winners of prize drawings or collector challenges will be notified via the email address provided during registration. Hub City Bullion is not responsible for any email delivery issues, spam filtering, or changes to contact information after registration. If a winner does not respond within fourteen (14) calendar days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner at Hub City Bullion’s discretion. Prizes will be shipped to verified mailing addresses within the United States only.
All federal, state, and local taxes associated with receipt or use of any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes with a fair market value of $600 or greater will be reported to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) via Form 1099, in accordance with applicable law. Winners may be required to complete a W-9 form prior to prize delivery. Hub City Bullion does not provide tax, legal, or financial advice—participants should consult their own advisors for guidance.
Hub City Bullion reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to verify participant eligibility, card authenticity, and compliance with these Official Rules. Hub City Bullion may modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time without prior notice if fraud, technical issues, or other factors beyond its control compromise the integrity of the promotion. In the event of cancellation, Hub City Bullion may, at its discretion, award prizes based on valid entries received prior to termination.
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Hub City Bullion, its owners, affiliates, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from participation in the Grain Card Program, the use or misuse of prizes, or technical issues such as lost, delayed, or corrupted data transmissions. Hub City Bullion assumes no responsibility for printing errors, typographical mistakes, shipping delays, or unauthorized use of registered codes.
All matters arising out of or relating to the Hub City Bullion Grain Card Program shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
In the event of any disagreement or claim, the parties agree first to attempt to resolve the matter in good faith through informal discussions or mediation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or another mutually agreed-upon arbitration service, in accordance with its applicable rules.
The place of arbitration shall be Forrest County, Mississippi, and any judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Participation in arbitration shall constitute a waiver of the right to bring or participate in a class action.
